Disturbance near 5N 155E now FAIR!!!

It looks like we might see some action already over the western pacific as the disturbance near chuuk is. (micronesia) has been upgraded to FAIR status right away as it quickly develops.
Meanwhile, we got a weak one too near 3.5N 144E. I hope this one won't develop or else we're gonna be seeing 2 Tropical Cyclones right away.
