New MTSAT-1R weather satellite begins operation by mid -June

The most advanced weather satellite in Asia will finally be in operational by mid-June. TEST OBSERVATIONS will begin May 31. Without them, our area will be blind. Cheers to JMA for the successful launch of MTSAT-1R.
