
Posted by web_rain The rain activity started on the week of May 30, but was weaker than I had expected. My estimate is that this batch of rains could be followed by heavier rains towards the end of the week of June 13, 2005. With the ground now saturated, this next batch of rains should cause a more significant flooding in some areas. Link: Quantified Rain Images

I have put together a number of images from May 31 that show how much rains have fallen in specific locations in the country. I have included links to my source, the Naval Research Laboratory in Monterey, California. I am presenting the images as they are given by the NRL server without any form of editing.
