Hi Kevin!
Yup! I guess, but it looks like it's being sheared at this time that why JT downgraded it from "FAIR" to "POOR" again. Meanwhile, farther to the SW in between Naga and Guam - a developing LPA-1006 MB. - is likely to be the first Monsoon Trough induced system and might become 06W as most of the models suggest. Again, we are likely on a 1995 or 1998 scenario.
