Yes Kevin,
At this time it's now FAIR... It's a very large system. It reminds me of STY OSCAR way back in 1995. JMA is now a 30-KT TD (2018Z). I won't be surprised if a TCFA will be released in a few hours. Forecast models: ALL TOWARDS JAPAN.
