Chris, I don't lnow what this is supposed to mean. It seems that the popular attitude of Pres, Bush was for the American public to depend it's business directly from the universities' educated public's values about the 'new' realities for what WE can discover about Nature for Economics. That, at this point, could mean that we will live long lives underground throughoutthe rich west and it's globalized Free Worlded capacity for theories of improved evolution upon the "HUMAN CONDITION".
'We Americans see it that way for know HOW.' Thus the aging people of America could adjust the Progress by simply living shorter Lives.
It's environmentalists I believe who believe in the longer life for the whole bloody foolish Economy. Of course, that does not say much yet for the Quality of life.
It's the industrialists, like the owner of this site, who believe in the qualitative quaranteed existence 'IN THE MIDST OF NATURE', which had no history and only 'God created' History (Ya, sure..).
