To answer the question for understanding patriotism of the leader, one would need to believe in either the values of secualarism or the values of your already existing place in the midst of Man/Nature. The patriotism of the citizen is then put into question; therefore, the sunystudent is finding that the condition of theism for Musharraf ir-reprehensible.
Ironically, because of the state of the parliamentary tolerance and justice of humanity by the traditions in Pakistan of government, the patriotism of the leader is easier to assert for the secular state apart from the generalized citizen.
But He is brainwashe here in Canada.
