Mig Welding with a Lincoln 3200HD

I just purchased one of these machines used in like new condition. I also have a Weld Pack 100 from Lincoln. Both have the gas setup on them. The 3200HD has an adjustable valve where the 100 has a fixed pressure valve. I can't seem to find a happy medium witht eh adjustable valve. Does anyone here have a good setting for the valve for using .025 wire? Thanks, Jim
