I am having trouble passin UT test on single vee groove welds with a metallic backer. It seems I am not getting total fusion between backer and beveled plates, sometimes there is misalignment between backer and plate any suggestions? I am running .052 wire 470 IPM WFS 30 VOLTS and tracknig current of 380 AMPS this is a min of 3mm root opening and a weaving amplitude of 2mm
