Phil, travel along the weld joint with the torch tilted slightly in that direction (pushing technique) and with its tungsten pointing at the leading edge (« front 1/4 max) of the puddle. Take time to read and study the text with pictures of that earlier suggested web site (Miller Electric Welding Company)for their free welding process tips.
