hi i think u can do it only if ur good with aluminum and i would practice alot first and make sure that u clean them god befor u even try. First of all are u cuting them in 1/2 and welding then back togetheror just welding 2 cand back to back? if ur welding 2 cand together you should weld with about 25 amps and use a 1/16 or .040 tungstan. set the balance to about 1 or 2 and use the thinest aluminum rod posible. Its really not that hard but make sure to clean it as good as posible. If you hav any probs contact me at has2tig@yahoo.com(my name is matt) and by the way wat machine u using.
