You have 5 great questions. #'s 1,2 & part of # 3 asks about cutting. Plasma cuts all metals, period. Plasma cares not about carbon nor alloys. OxyFuel cuts most steels and alloys that have some levels of CARBON content. There are stainless steels, aluminums, and metals in the Cast Iron (lots of carbon there) family along with many special alloy metals that are not practicable and some not possible to cut with OxyFuel methods. Need a full list for each ? Let me do a little cut & paste work and get back to you-
