When welding, and there is high wind outdoors, can the particals released travel threw the air? If so, what kind of damage can it cause to, let's say...automobiles should the particles land on them? Can it damage the paint and/or windshield, such as when washing the vehicle, cause scratching noises such as the sound you would hear when there is ice on the windshield?
