Please pay spl. atention to-
1) Check for proper earthing.
2) Check for polarity.
3) Increase wire feed/current OR decrease Voltage
4) Regulate & set proper Inductance.
5) Change Contact Tip to suit wire dia.
6) Clean properly the starting point.
