If your reffering to 4130 chromoly tubing ... You want to tig weld it, IF you know what the hell your doing. If you do n ot know what your doing it wount matter. Welded properly with the tig you can controll the heat and keep it from getting brittle, but for an inexperienced welder you can overheat the piece worst with the tig compared to the mig. If your trying to weld up something like a race frame or something that can hurt yourself or others, get a pro... Its not something your going to just "pick up".
