Hi all,
Field weld symbol indicate that the wleding to be carried out not in the welding shop, should be the contruction site or when the erection of part will be done.
My question is, why shold we put the FIELD WELD symbol? How important of this field weld symbol? What if the designer did not indicate the Field Weld Symbol in the drawing, what will likely to occur?
Pls kindly advise me. Thanks.
