Did the state police not cut out the drivers side air bag to determine who's blood it contained? I was told they did and that her (C's)blood was on the air bag. I do not ever uphold a drunk driver whether it be the one that died or the one that lived because it could have very well been someones loved one that was innocently killed instead of just one of them. Usually an innocent person is killed or maimed in these drunk driving wrecks and that is what is not fair and that is just wrong to ever uphold a drunk driver..no matter who it is.
