Admin:::: well lets look at it the way you say its stated she was in driver seat when he (officer)arrived,now think about it it was laying on its side LEFT SIDE u PLZ Driver side,and the Fugate lady was already outside and the passenger side was raised up so where did she have ta go but slide down,no set belts being wornby either person so like i say courts will have too PROVE she was driving before she get charged with DUI..i will not be posting anymore on this as we all need to help the families all we can!!!
