I agree with you somewhat and with admin too. Here are a couple questions that someone could answer. Was there any marks from steering wheel on either of them? How about air bag residue? Which ones injuries were consistant with who would have been driving? Alot of ways to tell who was driving. Like Admin said, I do not think the Trooper pulled it out of thin air. Let the courts decide and we will see if she walks and gets away with it or if she was driving will she see justice?
I don't like drunk drivers period. What if they hit your child, would you be this supportive?
