I apologize if you thought I was scolding you for stating the "TRUTH"....I sincerely do and I hope you can accept my apologies.
Yes you most certainly DO state the black and white...yes sir you most certainly do...
As far as the mentioned DUI's....yes they happened....but I too have been knowing this young woman for many a year now...I actuallly spoke to her just hours before this accident...she was at McDonalds getting ready to go pick this friend up...she assured me with all her HEART & SOUL that she(friend) WOULD BE driving.
As far as the arresting officer....he too was only doing his job like he's supposed to...And I apologize to him as well if I have offended him in any way....He's a good young man...a fine officer and a loving father...and if there was any doubt in his mind...I can understand...because he IS a loving father...and I tooo would have absolutely not one ounce of empathy for someone who is driving under the influence....because I too am a parent and if ....actually back in 98 I did have a young man hit me head on sitting still at 75 mph...if it had not been for the love and GRACE of GOD...we both would have been killed....lots who remember this accident thought after seeing the wreck "someone HAD to be DEAD.Well, sadly this young man,father,businessman....lost his battle Sept. the 9th of 1998.Since then, the very date I heard his obit across the radio....I went balistic and no one close to me understood why I had an ounce of empathy for him...this is what I'd like to share..."At the time (year) of this accident...I too could have very easily had been one of those driver's behind the wheel.I THANK GOD everyday for my child and I pray faithfully now....I'm still not perfect as I never will be...but I had forgiveness in my heart not only for him but for his entire family as well." GOD BLESS.....

: Take it easy. What I said, was that I had a
: copy of the police report and the trooper
: stated she was the driver. They do not
: charge you with DUI if you are a passenger.
: I have known Charlotte for years and
: graduated with her. You never wish anything
: bad on anyone. I was simple addressing some,
: that say they saw a report or that she was
: not driving. I have not seen one thing from
: any agency that backs that up.
: I deal with black and white. I have also
: seen it happen on more than one occasion
: where someone was apparently driving drunk,
: and then blame the other person. Since the
: other person cannot dispute this, they walk.
: I talked to the coroner today and he
: infatically stated the women who died, did
: so due to a heart attack. Noone knows if the
: accident caused the heart attack but the
: good lord above. It is not my place to make
: that assumption. I was, as I always have,
: gone strictly off police reports or
: eyewitness accounts.
: Maybe the court will prove the officer
: wrong. Who knows. It is not my area to
: decide or pass judgement.
: I was told tonight that a local media
: outlet had copies of where the same driver
: recently pleade guilty to DUI and other
: charges in Wolfe County, and is scheduled to
: go on trial for yet another DUI that
: happened in Jackson, before this most recent
: accident. If this is true, it will be 3
: possible DUI's in a very short span.
