They waited until after the concert. Halfway 2 Hazard finished and did count down to fireworks. Bad for people who waited from 800pm on to see them.

--Well I wish they would have took into account the "little ones." I seen a lot of people leaving because their children were getting tired. Now this is my own personal opinion but I think that the concert could have ended early enough so the fireworks could have been shot off at a decent time so everyone that came out to see them that had small children could have stayed and watched them. :

Yep the kids needed to watch them but i thought it was neat hearing Chad Warrix of H2H and local Breathitt Co. Boy count down to watch firewrks sory lots had too leave but they were many that stayed at concert and gotta watch them,but if they missed them here maybe they could go to Hazard or somewhere else and watch them on 4th but in all i was excited way things worked out and not everyone is going ta be happy but for the most many was!!

They should have thought of the little ones and the adults who had to go to work the next morning. A decent time should have been set even if the concert could have stilled counted down and then finished. Fireworks are loved by everyone in my opinion. So a decent time needs to set for everyone.

I agree - we had family from out of town who got to take it all in for the first time, but had to leave before the fireworks cause their kids were tired.....I am sure the music was great, but they should at least have taken a break about 10 o'clock so everyone got an equal opportunity to see them!
