I am currently researching my whakapapa, and am hoping the names below are known to you or your whanau. i am of Tainui and Ngati Whatua descent, any help you can offer would be just tu meke!
Hori Pawanuku and Riria pi Wanihi, Mereana makoare and Hirini Te Awe, Haki hori and Hana Hirini. All north of auckland, (Pouto, tinopai, dargaville, BOI, kaikohe, hokianga)
Tiwa(tiua?)kingi and Pare Tamaki, kiri Whero and Tamehana tamaki, of the waikato to rotorua area.
any lines, links,whanau whakapapa would be greatly appreciated. my whakapapa has spaces where whanau should be, and i would love to complete and follow the paths back to their marae and or resting places. kiaora NZ,much respect! jazz
