His dark eyes shifted to the approaching spirit. It seemed the dead wolf didn't notice his presence. It didn't bother Tanato in the slightest; the phoenix always enjoyed observing the living. The firey bird enjoyed the flattery from the living canine, but it would take more than just a few words about what she thought of his kind to sway him one way or another. His head bobbed slightly in acknowledgement of her words.
After Harmony spoke to the spirit and returned her attention to him, Tanato spread his wings and hopped off his branch, floating down to where he settled down on the ground where he could see both the living and dead wolf. Again, he spoke, "And the living always seek a way to raise the dead." He paused briefly, looking fully at Cryota, though as he continued, he still addressed Harmony, "What makes you believe that either is still worthy of life?"
