Effective immediately for both leagues:

Roster sizes remain at 15
Any team in either league can choose for one (and only one) of their 15 roster spots to be filled by a college player
In the B12, when owners “protect” their two players just prior to the draft, they can also (don’t have to) protect the college player on their roster
In the MVC, when owners place their two contracts, one of the two contracts can be the former college player.
