There was a TV version with Danny La Rue as the Queen of Hearts in the late sixties, I think. The Queen was naturally very glamorous and her enemy was the wicked Queen of Spades, who kidnapped the Queen of Hearts' daughter. Cue for the Knave Of Hearts to rescue her. I hope that helps.
