As many of you probably know, the Scottish Government announced a £10 million cash injection to help Scottish Theatres and companies through the shutdown of the virus.

Although not a huge amount it will make the difference for our theatre community here north of the border.

Despite it being good news, it may not have an effect on Pantomimes going ahead as we wait for an easing of restirctions.

Also The King's Theatre Edinburgh, The King's Theatre Glasgow, Glasgow SEC and His Majesty's Theatre Aberdeen are all part of the Qdos family and are the biggest in the country.

Hopefully the recent Covid test in the London Palladium will produce good results and the UK Government will get its finger out and offer a route map with dates and full financial support for the arts across the Industry.
