Hello all, I’ve been busy this last month like I’m sure we all have and I was doing some catching up on the message board and came across a few posts from Greg Knight and the use or unnecessary discharge of firearms. So I figured I would post the laws that might be more pertinent to our community at this time of year. Section 13.04.010 service provided standards
“ The city provides water on a permanent basis for domestic, commercial and fire protection uses at an average of 70PSI. The water provided is tested regularly for turbidity measurements and contains an adequate residual of chlorine to meet the minimum health requirements established by the state of Alaska, Department of environmental conservation. (Ord.87-10(part)1987: prior code ch. 11.1§1.1)
