Of course, we want to get you to and from ANMC. Since we are a full service air taxi with about 35-employees, our ground staff including the guys who run the shuttles, do amazing work and customer service.
So please just call us when you make your ANMC travel. We will arrange a complimentary shuttle drop off at ANMC, and then when you are getting ready to head home after appointments, please let us know so we can schedule your shuttle pickup. It is helpful to let us know if you are staying at New or Old Patient Housing.
Our shuttle drivers are employees who will be helpful and responsive to your needs, so if you have wheelchair needs or limited mobility, that is good for us know in advance. For instance, we have a wheelchair staged at our business and can offer a transfer from the shuttle van to the waiting room to the airplane should anyone need assistance. We try to keep an eye open for potential mobility needs when people checkin, and we will offer the option to passengers because sometimes people don't know or are shy to ask. Please just let us know if you or someone you know will need the wheelchair assist.
We promise to take care of you and your loved ones when in town for medical appointments.
