From the time period noted I would guess that this would be the Teeters. The first Assembly of God pastor and wife here in the 40’s. If you haven’t read Honey Buckets on the Kuskokwim, I recommend it. They were friends with Albert and Bessie Ivey ALbert had a saw mill. They were also instrumental in getting the first teachers to Nikolai. They built the brown log cabin across from the gas station. Johnny Stone told me his mom gave them the property. I was born in 1956, so I did not know them, but I think they look like he couple on that book cover. She took wonderful photos of people when she was here that we have at the museum . I love that link Do some searches on it. You will discover lots of wonderful old photos. I think my favorite is the Fabian Carey Collection. He took pictures of all the old time trappers, many who trapped the North Fork.
