Leah is visiting McGrath as part of the Frozen Commons project. She is a graduate student at Arizona State University, collaborating with the University of Fairbanks.
Her interest lies in understanding how winters are changing, the effects on subsistence during the winter months, and the overall impact on livelihoods.
Leah is seeking locals involved in winter subsistence activities and would like to have a casual interview about winter climates with you!
She will be here until January 23rd.
You will be compensated $50 for a one-hour conversation. Meetings can take place at MNVC or Innoko Lodge.
To connect with her, please call her 314-203-7345. You can also call MNVC with any questions or more details. 907-524-3024, ext. 101
