When we we first started planning this event we intended to use ingredients we had on hand and supplementing with anything we further needed from the AC Store. We were shooting for 15-30 plates for each entree. After getting feedback from several people saying that they would be attending, we realized that we needed more than originally planned. Fae flew into Fairbanks for the first time ever Thursday and has been going out of her way to get everything we think we need, including a lot of fresh organic produce, at various places within the short window of time we have. She is now on her way back this morning with everything.
Thank You!
