I'm sorry it hasn't been repaired yet.... there has been rain or thunder in the forecast every day and while it hasn't been as bad as the forecast called for most of time, it's not safe to be up in a bucket arm on a truck or on a ladder in bad weather or potentially bad weather

Coax is like one long antenna, and the satellite dish is one big antenna too, they can attract lightning. Theres the risk of slipping off a ladder in the rain.

Hopefully, we will have at least one day soon coming up where theres no adverse weather in the forecast and we can work on it then.

This is assuming the cable/coax is bad.... if the LNB has gone bad, there's another week to 2 weeks before that can be rectified, but we'd have to come up with the money for that, as its the communities responsibility not the city or AKPM to pay for repairs.
