The City of McGrath is working with Rural Alaska Community Action Program and The Office of Indian Energy to provide grants to individual home owners of McGrath with the Healthy Homes Weatherization Program.
This grant may cover insulating your house, new windows or doors, as well as upgrades such as furnace or hot water heater replacement, air sealing, ventilation systems and moisture control.
In order to apply for this grant, you will need to complete the application and show proof of ownership, show most recent filed income tax returns with W-2’s for household members, 2 months of bank statements, Photo ID, and recent pay stubs.
