Could’ve been. I believe he taught in Aniak though some information says he was a magistrate in Wragell. I think the online sources may be wrong about Wrangell. Or maybe he was for both.

Here’s the court information and it says Terry Bissionette was a magistrate in Aniak Alaska (page 64) which matches what Matt said in the interview
