KSKO is kind of like that bestie you can always count on — the one who shows up when you need them and tells it to you straight. 💛
Trusted news and reliable information have been the hallmark of what we do for 44½ years, all in service of our mission to keep the Interior connected and informed.
But now, after more than four decades of being there for you, we need to depend on you. When KSKO lost 70 percent of our operating budget, it created a major funding gap — and listener support is what helps keep us going.
You can step up and show your support quickly, easily, and affordably by:
Becoming a member
Renewing a membership
Making a monetary donation
Donating in-kind services or prizes for our events
📞 Call us at 907-524-3001

🚪 Or stop by the station in person — we’d love to see you!
🗑 Landfill Reminder from the City of McGrath:
Residents are reminded to please use the landfill properly.
Household trash should be bagged and burned
Furniture should be broken down and burned
Construction debris, yard waste, and hazardous materials (paint, batteries, etc.) all have designated drop-off areas — not near the burn box
If you have a large load to drop off, a landfill permit is required. Contact the City of McGrath for more information.
