I know there are ‘local ordinances’ that have not been able to be enforced properly for years now. From what I understand, google based correct me if I’m wrong, if you have an experience with an aggressive animal it is very much still an AST issue to handle. If you are ever physically attacked or approached in an aggressive, threatening way by these animals it should be reported. Maybe they can/will do something if there are enough reports before something really bad happens? Squeaky wheel gets the grease? Of course no one wants to dispatch a dog, but remember we do have the right to defend our life and property.
