
When you drop off freight, our staff will label and book it for you. Ask them for a receipt, or just the booking number. If you are expecting a delivery order, text us to let us know its on the way (907-276-5422)
Once we receive your order, we can reply to your message with the booking number.
Then, follow this link and enter your booking number:

You will be able to see the status of the freight: if it has been received, en-route, or delivered to your destination.

You can use this same method to view your seat fare tickets online, and even cancel them. Get the booking number from the Agent when you book your ticket, or from the top right of the receipt they provide to you.

To make things easier, you can submit a resident travel request online via our website, our staff will call you to receive payment, and can provide the booking number at that time. You can always email and text us your travel requests as well! Your needs are important to us, and if we are already on the other line when you call, we still want to help you! Sending us a message or searching these things up is another way to get prompt answers from us.
