
The $50 fee is related to only short notice cancellations or rescheduling, less than 24 hours notice.
I apologize that this was a bit of a surprise to you. It sounds like any/all your cancellations or reschedules up to this point have been well in advance which is super great!
Our refund policy is on our website and on all the booking confirmations and receipts.
I looked at our original EAS informational packet, the same that we brought out to the meetings in MCG, and the information was shared there but it was put under "Refund Policy."
I realize that is a bit confusing since you may not be looking to refund, but just to reschedule.
We definitely don't want anyone to feel like we are changing policy behind the scenes, so please know that this has been our longstanding policy for resident tickets. If we did make any changes we would push out that information on the message board, Facebook, our website, and our receipts (although we don't expect to change it).
Thanks for sharing this so more people can be informed about the policy and hopefully it is not an unpleasant surprise.
