MTNT is accepting Candidate and Director Applications for the 2026 Board of Directors Election, to be held at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders this summer in McGrath.

The three (3) seats up for election on the MTNT Board of Directors are:
• One (1) McGrath Mandatory Seat
• Two (2) At-Large Seats

Voting Shareholders age 18 and older who are interested in serving on the Board are invited to download and complete the Candidate and Director Application at https://mtnt.net/our-shareholders-2/2026boardelections/.

Application Deadline
Completed applications must be received by MTNT no later than 4:00 p.m. AKDT on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
