McGrath Light & Power is looking for a local resident to join our team as a Power Plant Reserve Operator. This unique part time role provides regular paid training and work, with opportunities to step into full time coverage when needed.
Typical Schedule
• 1–2 days per month
• 1 full week per quarter
• Additional full time weeks as needed
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
• Reliable and safety focused
• Mechanically inclined (or eager to learn)
• A McGrath area resident
• Interested in long term skills and stability
