📢 MTNT 2026 Dividend Announcement 📢

The MTNT Board of Directors and MTNT Settlement Trustees are pleased to announce the 2026 Dividend Distributions.

A Regular Dividend Distribution of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on June 12, 2026. Elder Shareholders age 65 and older will also receive an additional Elder Dividend Distribution in the amount of $4.72 per share on June 12, 2026.

In addition, a second Regular Dividend Distribution of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on December 15, 2026.

Please ensure your mailing address and direct deposit information are current prior to the Record Date deadline of 4 p.m. AKDT on June 1, 2026.

Shareholders may update their records, including mailing address and direct deposit enrollment, online directly via the “About Me” tab through the Shareholder Portal at www.MyMTNT.com.
