TCC Weatherization Applications are available at MNVC for anyone who applied for energy assistance in FY 2026. Along with the application you will need to submit a copy of your State ID, Paystubs for last 30 days OR a bank statement showing all deposits, and your Heating Receipt or Wood Delivery Receipt.
