MNVC will be hosing Heidi Rader for a canning workshop next week, on Wednesday, June 17th. This workshop will teach canning homemade stew at 5:00 pm. If you are interested in canning, new at canning, want to get more comfortable with your pressure canner, or just interested in learning to can something new, this this the workshop for you! All are welcome to join!

Heidi will also cover the topics of composting, soil fertility, and seed starting at 7:00 pm while the canners are processing.
