Deadline for Proxy Submission
If you miss the Early Bird Deadline, you can still vote your paper Proxy or e-Proxy up until 4 p.m., July 22, 2026, and be entered in the 2026 Annual Meeting Prize Drawings.

To be a valid Proxy at the meeting, the signed paper Proxy or e-Proxy must be received by the Inspector of Elections no later than 4 p.m. AKDT, Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
