In his review of Emile Goué, Rob Barnett writes that "I wish more had been said about Goué". Well, *I* wish something - anything! - had been said about the performance of the orchestra and the conductor. It's more than a minor point!
I can understand a reviewer getting excited about an unknown composer, but surely it's part of his or her job to give a few words on the musicians playing the works - I've never heard of the Paris Radio Symphony Orchestra (unhelpfully translated in a mixed-up order byt Mr Barnett) or Tony Aubin, so I rely on the reviewer for guidance.
Thank you for taking part in the MusicWeb International Forum.
