I’m pretty sure they’re all included in Hans-Eberhard Ross’s 6-SACD set (Audite 21413). At nearly seven hours I’d say that set – played on the splendid Goll organ at Memmingen – is the most complete one yet. It was originally released in three separate instalments, the first of which I reviewed – and made a Recording of the Year - in 2008.
Those who want to hear more of the Cavaillé-Coll at Saint-Ouen should investigate a mixed programme played by the Finnish organist Kalevi Kiviniemi (Fuga 9282). The recording, produced and engineered by Mika Koivusalo, is top notch. (Reviewed 2009.)
