To elabroate on Chris' answer - all 4 of the Boult/Beethoven Symphonies appear in the remarkable value downloads; "Big Great Symphonies Box Vol.1" from Bach Guild/Vanguard (snappy title!). The price of the 'box' is absurdly cheap - in the US the 10 hours + of music costs $0.99! I the UK you will fork out £1.00 here -

The downside is relatively low sample rates but the quality of the music making shines through and you get a lot of other/mainly old Vanguard back catalogue recordings to boot...
Rob Barnett notes, in his review of the fascinating Pristine set of Boult's NBC performances, that "Boult in Beethoven 7 is not that easy to source".
Boult set down stereo recordings of Beethoven 3, 5, 6 and 7, plus 4 overtures, for Vanguard in the late 1950s.
These are not among the most widely circulated Boult recordings, but reissues do crop up from time to time. The 7th can be found on YouTube.
I haven't yet had the oportunity to compare the 2 sevenths, but the Vanguard one always seemed to me the pick of that bunch (though only the Eroica was disappointing, with a low-key first movement) and among the best on record.
