Thanks for this. I did not know that Adams also conducted other composers' music. Of course, some composers are very good at this, such as Maxwell Davies or Salonen. I would like to hear some of his work in this field.

Many thanks Stephen Barber for your positive review of Adams' "My Father Knew Charles Ives" etc.
Can I please just point out that John Adams is very fine conductor, not just for his own music.
I heard him with the LSO conducting Britten's Sea Interludes and a stunning Sibelius 6. It would be good to have some examples of his conducting on disc.
