Thank you for the review of this disc.

I have to say I am in full agreement with you, one certainly can't fault the recording or the performances,
provided one can cope with the disc being unbalanced by the inclusion of various folk songs in what ought
to be a disc of baroque music.

I had the impression the artists had begun two different projects and finding there was not enough to fill
a baroque disc simply topped it up. Yet with all the ongoing research being conducted into the baroque era
they might well have discovered other female composers worth recording.
