Do any of you have access to a user and service manual for the following turntable: Garrard 201? There's lots of stuff about later Garrards but nothing I could find for this specific model which I gather differs significantly from its successors.
A friend has (and loves) this machine (201) but the motor often heats up excessively and is trying to have it repaired. A manual/circuit diagram is needed if such a thing can be tracked down. I might have found a source on ebay but not otherwise. What we really need is a pdf scan to guide the hand that is trying to minister to this machine. From what I read the Garrard 201 was much beloved of the BBC in days gone by. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rob
